Predecessor to the 2018 Chevy Tahoe
2017 Chevy Tahoe

If you’re looking for a full-size family hauler that can keep every one of your passengers safe, comfortable, and happy on the road, the 2018 Chevy Tahoe is your answer. This large SUV has always been a staple option on the SUV market. This year there are even more reasons to love it, as it sees updates to its list of features, its design, and even its price tag.

Now you’ll find standard LED daytime running lamps on the LS and LT trims of the 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe, as well as an updated Tire Pressure Monitoring System. What’s perhaps most exciting to the new Chevy Tahoe is the addition of two different packages. The first is the Tahoe RST (Rally Sport Truck), which adds things like 22-inch aluminum wheels and black design accents for a sportier version of this family hauler.

Another package, and one that will be especially attractive to those on a budget, is the Custom Edition available on the LS trim. This version of the 2018 Chevy Tahoe removes the back row seats, and adds a chrome accent grille as well as 18-inch aluminum wheels. The Custom label will drop more than $3,000 from the base trim’s price tag, but still features strong Tahoe capability like a towing maximum of 6,600 pounds.
