Motor Ace on Amazon →
A few people were complaining about not being able to find Motor Ace records anywhere. I thought to myself, ‘Oh you people, so easy, just got to Amazon!’ I checked it out, and this is what I found. WOW, $52 for Animal!
I now feel your pain. It’s not on iTunes either…so, good luck, I guess!

Songs of heartbreak and love.
Tonight I was driving home from a great night with good friends and the misses, we were listening to Motor Ace. I may have sent out a tweet hinting at that. Anyway, I was listening to their first album, “Five Star Laundry” and I noticed how the songs were mostly all about love relationships. It got me to thinking, maybe these songs are the most genuine songs of all topics. It’s...

Twas a strange week of tweets from you lot. A few people saying I’m an asshole, a few telling me that’s not true, some people were giving me advice on my career in music, others were tweeting replies that were shockingly stalker-ish/obsessive…which I will spare you from, as I wish I had also been spared!
Here’s this weeks top 5 replies (@thedanyoung): My comments in...

Tuesday/Wednesday/Whatever Tweets IV
I took a break last week, because 1, your replies were kind of mild and boring, and 2, the last thing I wanted to do at the time was sift through my replies digging for gold and writing up a blog about it. I do appreciate the constant reminders from those of you who are looking for this post, good to know someone’s interested. Here’s the top 5 replies for the last 2 weeks. Enjoy,

My hard drive skipped a few times which made for a few moments of strangeness, you’ll get the idea though…

Interesting Question.
Thought I’d share this:
You’ve been writing music for years, out of all the albums, which is your favorite? Or if you can’t pick a favorite, what do you feel about them now/how would you describe them all? From Our World’s Divorce, to This Providence, to Who Are You Now?
That’s a good question. I love Our World’s Divorce because it has such character and...

Tuesday Tweets III
Sorry this is a day late, I’m not really known for being punctual! So this week was a little slow on my Twittering, lets see what I can scrounge up.

Post-"The Bamboozle"-Post
It’s been a little too long since I’ve updated my blog, and for that I blame night drives and a large festival of 50,000 or so people - Bamboozle.
I ‘m not a fan of Warped, there’s a dust that sticks to my sweat and the inside of my mouth, forming a disgusting film of mud…yuck. I much prefer the brief downpour and constant drizzle we were cursed with on Sunday at...
